The Mountain West men's basketball season will start December 4th and Boise State will start the conference campaign at New Mexico.

Boise State’s conference-opening game at New Mexico on Wednesday, Dec. 4 will be the earliest league game in program history.

The dates of each game are still subject to change as games can move from Wednesday to Tuesday, and Saturday to Sunday based on television selections. CBS Sports Network and ESPN will have first pick, followed by regional partner AT&T SportsNet and the Mountain West Network on STADIUM.

Fiollowing BSU's game at New Mexico the Broncos’ will host Colorado State on Saturday, Dec. 7, then resume its non-conference schedule for the remainder of December and pick back up with league play on Wednesday, Jan. 1....a home game against Wyoming.

Each of the 11 Mountain West schools will play eight home-and-home series along with one additional home game and one additional road game. Boise State will not play Fresno State at home and will not travel to Colorado State.

The Broncos’ two byes, Jan. 22 and Feb. 29.

The 2020 Mountain West Men’s Basketball Championship will once again be hosted at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. The tournament includes all 11 teams and will run March 1-4, a week earlier than normal.
