The College of Idaho football teams has two regular season games remaining, both at home in Simplot Stadium and with one win, the Coyotes would qualify as one of 16 teams into the NAIA Championship Series starting November 23.

The Yotes are 8-0, ranked No.6 in the nation and riding a 14 game wining streak.

Saturday at noon the College of Idaho hosts Montana Western.

One big reason for the Coyotes success has been their second half defense. Over the last five games the Yotes have allowed just two touchdowns and a total of 17 points. That's basically a field goal average per second half and just 1.7 points per each of the last ten quarters.

College of Idaho running back Nick Calzaretta is nearing 1,000 yards rushing with 988 total yards on the season and 8 touchdowns.

Montana Western comes to Caldwell with a 6-2 record.
