UFC Fighters Visit Boise: Santos And Vick

UFC fighting will come to Boise for the first time every July 14th at Century Link arena.

This week two of the headline fighters came to Boise to visit with 630 The Fan, heavyweight Junior Dos Santos and lightweight James Vick.

I had a chance to talk with both fighters. Santos is fighting for the first time in a year so he's excited and even more so because he wants to be the welcome wagon for his Bolivian opponent making his UFC debut. Here's a report I broadcast with Santos.

James Vick is the tallest lightweight fighter in UFC and because of that says he starts with boxing and them goes to martial arts if necessary. Like Santos he's excited to be in Boise and says being the octagon is like jumping from a plane without a parachute.
